Heights Area Chamber Launches Enhanced Website
The Greater Heights Area Chamber has launched an enhanced website
that provides members and guests with complete information regarding the
Chamber, its activities and membership. Dee Farino, Chairman of
the Board, said, “Our members now can use the new website for ease in
making event registrations, staying abreast of Chamber event dates and
using the search function to continue their networking among fellow
members.”
The website is located at www.heightschamber.com
and visitors are greeted by a “Welcome” home page that offers easily
navigation links to all areas including: “About Us, History, Board
Members, an Event Calendar, Membership Lists and Directory, the LINKED
Newsletter, Membership Classifications and Fees, and Contact
Information.”
Enhanced Features for the website include listings for
committees with committee chairs, and a searchable data base for members
that can be searched by keyword, company or contact. Reservations can be
made online for Chamber events and payment information can be sent using
secure procedures.
For members wishing to promote their business, website
advertising is offered on selected web pages for quarterly or
semi-annual contracts. Rate information is available from the Chamber.
An archive enables visitors to review the current and previous editions
of LINKED, the Chamber’s monthly newsletter that reaches over 400
businesses, and advertising opportunities are available here as well.
The new website should prove to be a valuable communications source for
the Chamber and a useful and convenient tool for members to build their
business.
